For more than a decade, Cooper Robertson has served the greater Seattle area in nearly every facet of the HVAC industry—as an installer, service technician, trainer, product specialist, controls designer, project manager, and field manager. His experience spans single- and multi-family residences, custom homes, restaurants, offices, churches, warehouses, and a wide range of commercial environments.

Cooper founded Adaptive in 2024 with a clear vision: to build an HVAC company known not only for the quality of its craftsmanship, but for the quality of the experience it provides.

Since then, he has focused on building a team of like-minded craftsmen who take pride in their work, pay attention to the details, and share a commitment to doing things the right way. Whether Adaptive is completing a complex mechanical installation, managing a commercial project, or making a straightforward service repair, the standard remains the same: thoughtful planning, clear communication, quality workmanship, and respect for the people and spaces we work with.
